These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of intrinsicdesigners.com (the "Site"), operated by Intrinsic Designers, a division of Intrinsic Agility ("Intrinsic Designers," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use this Site to learn about our services, review our portfolio, and submit inquiries or a client questionnaire. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security features, including bot-detection systems
• Use any automated system to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems

This Site displays and links to websites we have designed and built for clients, as well as other third-party sites. These sites are owned and operated independently by their respective businesses. Links are provided for portfolio and reference purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement.

4. No Client Relationship Formed by Site Use

Browsing this Site, submitting the contact form, or completing the client questionnaire does not, by itself, create a client relationship or any obligation on either party to proceed with a project. The scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and other terms of any actual design or development engagement are governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement or statement of work between Intrinsic Designers and the client, not by these Terms.

This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrinsic Designers and Intrinsic Agility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
